The most popular residential INFINITY system we install is the A26. These water heaters produce endless hot water, and unlike electric cylinders, are energy efficient as they are only on when you need hot water. As a continuous flow hot water system, it only heats water when it passes through the unit.

How often should my Rinnai INFINITY be serviced?
We, and the manufacturer, recommend that you have your Rinnai gas appliance serviced every two years. Gas appliances should be serviced regularly. This is for reasons of safety and running efficiency. Regular servicing also reduces the risk of breakdowns, which can be particularly inconvenient for you if this occurs over our busy winter season.
A water heater service takes approximately 40 minutes and includes; a complete strip down of the unit, thorough cleaning, adjustments, re-commissioning and testing of the appliance.
Servicing a gas appliance can be dangerous. Only trained and licensed personnel should repair or service the equipment. Our gas appliance technicians are fully trained and supported and hold the applicable license(s) to do the work that they do. Once the job has been completed and your appliance is safe to use, we will supply you with the applicable Gas Safety Certificate as required by law.
